What if I want to cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please contact us at: customerservice@nordik.design as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will refund your payment immediately. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you unused in original packaging and processed them. We will send you an email to confirm your refund once it has been processed.
Do you offer discounts?
Please check our website or sign up for our newsletter to receive special offers and promotions. We also post them on our social media accounts. Please note that the promotions and sales are not valid on previous purchases.
We adhere to the prices (Minimum Advertised Pricing policies) set by the brands we offer. We do not artificially inflate our prices to offer "sales".
